I think they are born to learn whatever they are taught, so if they come into the world and all he sees is violence and other things, than he is not going to be polite, but if he sees people being polite than he will be polite.
i think they teach it to them or naw idk i think teach cuz like some moms are like rude and like yeah n the kids come out the same rude and stuff but den theres other so yeah its like both
